If you are serious about websites either for personal or your business, don%26#039;t go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work. Free web hosts usually put advertisements on your websites and it could be annoying.

If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months%26#039; time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.

I would like to suggest following webhosting which I use, they are excellent.

Hostmonster http://www.hostmonster.com/track/ryukend...

They offer hosting of %26quot;unlimited domains%26quot; and you will get massive webspace of 300000 MB (300 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer %26quot;a free Domain Name%26quot; and installing service called %26quot;Fantastico%26quot;. By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer %26quot;Free Website Builder%26quot; as well.

Visit the site to check details.

So if I understand correctly, you have already purchased a domain name. If not, you will need to. I recommend http://godaddy.com for exceptional customer service.

Your geographical location does not matter for your website, unless you are hosting it yourself (which i doubt you%26#039;ll want to do.)

For straight hosting, if you already purchased a domain name, i recommend http://hostcolor.com for outstanding service and high quality. (If you need to get a domain, godaddy does hosting as well, the packages are often easier).

Whatever you do, the company you decide to go with for domain registration or hosing can help you out every step of the way. There is really not much you need to worry about, just make sure you have about 4-5 good backups of your website files. (No kidding on that, I have 3 backups and I lost 2 of them during a power outage...)

Good Luck!

Other Replys:All you need to do is register a domain name first, godaddy is a good choice for registering domain names but they are expensive. Then you need a good webhosting provider, there are so many of them now, depending upon your needs there are several plans available. Then again Indiatimes is pretty expensive.

You don%26#039;t necessasarily have to buy an unique IP address for your website if it%26#039;s not a big ecommerce site.

You may contact me on yahoo messenger if you need any help with this.

Other Replys:no

Other Replys:just visit to manashosting.com. They will register yr domain and host .

they will charge 3000.00 For Three years and 2 GB space, with 100 EMail ID%26#039;s and many more

Other Replys:hi how are u hop u fine u project is good

Other Replys:First thing you would have to know if the paid site allows you to upload it to a different server.

Then if there are things you need to know in terms of configuring that site in another server.

Then find out what kind of scripts are needed to run that site like php, asp coldfusion, flash etc. usually if it is a flash site most host would be able to support it.

Lastly, you may need to know if the prospected host will help you transfer that site for you. Cidhosting.net provides that kind of service as long as they can support your site
