how can i host this document on web if its like this

well u have to use FTP software to transfer your file from ur computer to server....
some FTP software like quteftp,mozilla etc....

You just want to hosthost this page: Filmography.htm
If you have a hosting plan, you can ftp this file to your web server. If Filmography.htm has images showing on the page, then you will need to ftp the image files as well.
You can used the ftp software to create folder like Cell Sounds and place the Filmography.htm in this folder.
