Best place to buy a domain and best web host...?

I was asked to build a website for a friends business and I was just wondering, from experience...where is the best place to buy a domain and what web host do you recommend for a beginner?

Site Build It is a great host if you do not know html. I began my website a year ago knowing absolutely no html. In fact, I am totally %26quot;nontechy%26quot;. My friends are amazed at the success of my website.

The most important thing about Site Build It is that they have great customer service and wonderful tools that let you easily create a website that brings lots of traffic to your site. If you have a site, but no one visits it....it%26#039;s kind of pointless.

You get free web hosting when you buy the domain or you can upgrade to a better plan for $4 a month. I think the hosting includes a template builder or something to make it easier to build a site. Hope this helps.
