Web Design courses?

Hi.

I am a 15 year old business want to be. My entire life I have always wanted to start my own online business. I started my own web hosting site and am now very interested in web design. I have got passed CSS and HTML but am having a hard time learning PHP and MySQL from books and the internet. My highschool doesn%26#039;t offer anything at that level. At my age, are there any web design college or online classes I can take?

I am doing basic things on getafreelancer.com and scriptlance.com but I want to be able to do PHP and MySQL.

Web Design courses?

There are 3 ways of learning a computer language or application:

1) Buy a book on Amazon and learn it yourself.

2) Take a class at a local community college or university.

3) Take a class at a local business learning center like New Horizons or PeopleSoft.
