Hosting service?

I wanna have a website which both mainland Chinese and American access.

The server in China so slow that I would like to build it at the server in the US or Europe. However, many free service is not accessible from China.

Do you know any web hosting service which you can access and handle, eg. uploading, from China?

I found GeoCities is banned.

If you want your website to be accessible in China you will have to register and get a permit from the state media regulatory department in China. I don%26#039;t think any hosting service from the west can do what you want in China.
