all webhost allow html files or you cannot build a website on it. The way to protect your files is to use .htaccess

Use a .htaccess file

Other Replys:you cant use HTML/CSS? on a domain? what kind of domain doesnt let you use HTML?

is it a free account or an account you pay for?

Other Replys:http://www.DependableHost.net is what you need! I%26#039;ve got about 10 sites with them, and everything works flawlessly (html / css / php / mysql and more!). Using their control panel - you can eliminate hot-linking.

Pay annually, and you can get a free domain!
