Does anyone know how to shut down offensive web sites when web hosts wont do it?

This guy attacks individuals, countries, has race issues, posts personal details and photos. about people etc. His Web hosts in Holland wont remove him because...%26quot;He%26#039;s doing nothing wrong under Dutch law%26quot; !!! He has well over a hundred pages out there. Seems that everyone in the western world is a target for him. Can his site be %26#039;dealt with%26#039; ??

You need to advance the concept of yourself as the world%26#039;s self-proclaimed Censor. But you%26#039;d better do it fast, before someone decides that it is your censorship that should be censored. Then your only option would be to declare yourself God and start a new religion. You could declare holy war on anyone who doesn%26#039;t obey what you command. Have Inquisitions! Get nuclear weapons!

Play your cards right and some day people will consider it a great honor to have you tell them to shut up.

But please don%26#039;t tell me to shut up. As you and I both know, being obnoxious is not a sufficient reason for having to shut up.

I certainly hope not. I%26#039;m a firm believer in free speech. To censor offensive websites would be a waste of authorities%26#039; time. You always have the option of not going there. It would be like censoring television shows because some people are offended. You always have the option of changing the channel. Here%26#039;s why I don%26#039;t think it should be censored.... Who%26#039;s to say what%26#039;s offensive? Once you get this ugly beast going, they%26#039;ll be coming after you for something someone else finds offensive. I find obesity offensive, but how would you like it if you were fat and the government came after you and forced you to eat salad and go for a 30 minute jog every day?
