If you have cable internet or something else that is high speed, then all you need a server and an understanding of how web servers work. You can use either a windows server or linux (which is free) to run your webserver. You%26#039;ll need an understanding of IP and DNS info. Unfortunatly there isn%26#039;t a quick solution to your question.
