I want to publish my new website %26amp; needed a host.The host requires some fee(~$4-6) to be paid online using visa/master card.However as I%26#039;m in Africa and no such service.
-How can i get a VISA/MasterCard? -may be by proxy from where it is available ?
--how much does it cost?because i may need it for other transactions in the future.
the hosts are netfirms.com,or ipower.com

Try going to your bank, and see what they can do for you. If you really don%26#039;t have any choice maybe you can wire them the money. Do you know anyone else in a different part of the world that can help you out. Do you have a Western union or something like that where you live. Also try to go to an international bank.
Make sure you use a realiable host site for your website. Like netfirms, yahoo etc. there are alot of them that aren%26#039;t good and they will cause you more trouble then good.
Also try asking the host site, if they have any ideas.

not sure where u are but in australia the anz has a card where you deposit money like a normal savings account and then u can use it the same way as a credit card online the only difference is u use money u already have
