I have host with web site .. and creating additional link pages back to ... the site name is Painterspen.

to search and find correctly, should the http://www....be listed or just the http://(name) ???

Putting www when it%26#039;s not necessary usually won%26#039;t hurt anything. Not having it when it%26#039;s needed will prevent the page from loading. I%26#039;d advise using www as a standard practice.

Other Replys:For most sites, it%26#039;s not important but there are a few which are picky.

I%26#039;ve gone to some sites what don%26#039;t work without the %26quot;www%26quot;, and I%26#039;ve gone to some that don%26#039;t work WITH the %26quot;www%26quot;!

Try typing it into your browser%26#039;s address bar to go there. If it works, then it%26#039;s okay to type it like that for links.
